Bookings

Direct bookings are made through our online booking system at reserve-online.villadimokratia.gr, which shows live availability, prices and the total cost before you confirm.

The villa is rented as a whole to one party. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email.

Only the guests stated in your booking may stay at the villa. If the number of guests changes, please let us know before arrival.

Payment & cancellation

Payment and cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose. Please contact us at info@villadimokratia.gr for the terms that apply before you book.

Your stay

At check-in, please show a valid ID card or passport for each adult guest. Greek law requires us to register all guests.

Care of the villa

Please treat the villa, its furnishings and the garden with care, and let us know straight away about any damage or problem so we can help. For safety, children must be supervised at the pool at all times; there is no lifeguard.

If the villa is unavailable

If, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot provide the villa for your booked dates, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund in full any amount you have paid for the stay.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
